SnoCo Church Collective exists to connect area churches and pastors across Snohomish County around what matters most — the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This relational network began over two decades ago as a small gathering of pastors from different Christian traditions who shared one heartbeat: to pray that the people of Everett, WA would be transformed by the power of the gospel. Over the years, many faithful leaders have prayed, served, and invested into that vision. Today, a new generation of pastors and churches are building on that dream to see the Kingdom of God advance across our county.
While we come from diverse backgrounds and denominations, we’re united around a few essentials:
Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life.
The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God.
The Church is called to partner with Christ in fulfilling the Great Commission in our cities and beyond.
SnoCo Church Collective is an informal, voluntary network — not an organization or brand. We exist simply to strengthen relationships among ministry leaders, encourage one another, and pray for gospel renewal across Snohomish County.
No agenda, no ego, and no platform...just brothers and sisters in Christ linking arms to see our region awakened by the love and truth of Jesus.
On the third Thursday of every month at 9:00 AM, pastors and ministry leaders from across Snohomish County gather at Bright City Church in downtown Everett for a time of worship, prayer, and encouragement — seeking God together for unity and renewal across our region.
Throughout the year, we host periodic gatherings designed to unite the Church across denominations and equip ministry leaders through shared worship, conversation, and practical training — fostering connection, collaboration, and gospel impact throughout Snohomish County.
As a voluntary network, SnoCo Church Collective has no formal membership or governance — just pastors and leaders united around shared faith and mission. We affirm key doctrinal statements to ensure we are gathering and praying with like-minded conviction: the Apostles’ Creed for our identity, the Lausanne Covenant for our purpose, and the Nashville Statement for our clarity in today’s cultural moment.
